Reconstruction of the track system on the section Olsztyn Gutkowo – Dobre Miasto, including:
Renovation of 4 main tracks at the Olsztyn Gutkowo station and renovation of 2 main tracks at the Dobre Miasto station
Renovation of the trail track with drainage on a length of 22 km
Construction of 6 new platforms
Reconstruction of 7 railway viaducts
Renovation of 9 railroad crossings
Construction of a local control center at the Olsztyn Gutkowo station
